The goal of this   center is to provide the most current findings in medicine and dentistry and explore the cross section of medicine and food.  The concept of the "cross section of medicine and food" highlights the increasing recognition of the vital connection between what we eat and our overall health and well-being. This connection is particularly crucial in the context of preventing and managing chronic diseases, which are a major burden on healthcare systems and individuals alike. The key aspects of this intersection are food as medicine (FIM), role of nutrition in disease prevention and management, food-drug interactions, nutraceuticals and functional foods, collaboration and education, and the future of food and medicine.
